Philosophy and Approach
I believe that true healing begins in a space of safety, affirmation, and genuine partnership. I work with individuals across the lifespan, from age 16 through older adulthood, using an integrated therapeutic approach tailored to your unique history and goals.
My practice is grounded in the understanding that our past experiences significantly shape our present well-being. Therefore, all our work together is fundamentally trauma-informed, offering a supportive space to navigate the challenges of any life stage, including those unique to older adulthood.

Neurodevelopmental Assessment, Academic Testing, & Other Diagnostic Testing (Self-Pay)
Because traditional insurance systems often limit or complicate coverage for adult neurodevelopmental evaluations, I operate on a self-pay, tiered sliding scale model. My goal is to offer a sustainable, high-quality service while intentionally reducing financial barriers for those who face structural or economic challenges. If you are interested, please reach out for specifics about this process.
I provide comprehensive diagnostic assessments for adults specializing in neurodevelopmental disorders, including Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
In addition to neurodevelopmental assessment, I offer thorough testing for a broad range of other DSM-5-TR diagnoses, including trauma disorders, mood disorders, personality disorders, and anxiety disorders.
My evaluation process is deeply affirming and uniquely attuned to the nuanced ways these traits present in high-masking individuals. To ensure the highest level of clinical precision, I utilize a robust testing protocol anchored by evidence-based, validated psychometric measures. These objective tools are carefully balanced with a qualitative, lived-experience approach, allowing me to explicitly integrate an understanding of high-masking presentations and intersecting identities directly into the assessment framework.
Trauma and Resilience
dsjfkdhsf
Trauma can impact us in so many ways, and my approach is designed to honor your experiences and help you move forward. I utilize evidence-based techniques to help you understand and reframe difficult thoughts, and gently guide your nervous system towards greater regulation and calm. Our focus will be on moving beyond survival and cultivating lasting resilience.
