I am a Marriage and Family Therapy Resident who is trauma-informed and helps couples, families, and individuals (14+ years) heal, communicate, and reconnect. I specialize in betrayal trauma, affair recovery, high-conflict dynamics, relationship ambivalence, and sexual issues. I also work with families and individuals navigating family-of-origin challenges, blended family dynamics, or relational struggles connected to mental health. I am skilled in working with multiracial couples, LGBTQIA+, and polyamorous clients and bring over a decade of experience to my practice.
