Carley Fisher
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Hi! My name is Carley Fisher. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and trained in EMDR, Polyvagal Theory, and Brainspotting.
Anxiety and trauma often feel like unwelcome shadows, following you even in the brightest moments. It can manifest as racing thoughts, sleepless nights, or the constant feeling that something just isn’t right. Trauma lingers in the body and mind, resurfacing when you least expect it—triggering emotional outbursts, physical discomfort, or moments of complete shutdown.
For many, this creates a sense of isolation. You may feel like no one truly understands what you’re carrying. Small tasks can feel overwhelming, relationships may feel strained, and the energy it takes to “just get through the day” can leave you depleted.
Healing can seem distant, but the weight of anxiety and trauma doesn’t have to define your life. By creating a space where you feel safe and seen, we can begin to unravel the layers of hurt and find a path forward—one step at a time.
Healing isn’t about quick fixes—it’s about creating a space where you feel safe, understood, and empowered to reconnect with yourself. My approach is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and evidence-based practices that honor your unique experiences.
Together, we’ll work to untangle the roots of your anxiety and trauma, gently exploring what feels manageable at your pace. Whether it’s through talk therapy, mindfulness techniques, or deeper modalities like EMDR and Brainspotting my goal is to help you process and release the weight you’ve been carrying.
I believe that healing happens in connection. By fostering trust and providing tools that fit your life, we’ll build resilience, helping you regain a sense of control and calm. You deserve to feel grounded, whole, and capable of moving forward—and I’m here to walk that path with you.
