Philosophy and Approach
I believe that true healing begins in a space of safety, affirmation, and genuine partnership. As a Resident in Psychology, I work with individuals across the lifespan, from age 16 through older adulthood, using an integrated therapeutic approach tailored to your unique history and goals.
My practice is grounded in the understanding that our past experiences significantly shape our present well-being. Therefore, all our work together is fundamentally trauma-informed, offering a supportive space to navigate the challenges of any life stage, including those unique to older adulthood.
