Our work together may include a variety of activities such as exploring your values, processing traumatic and distressing experiences, managing problematic behaviors, creating a toolbox of coping skills, learning about emotional regulation, and more. Our goal is to help you get to where you would like to be in life and to enhance your overall well-being.
I utilize a variety of practices to include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), EMDR, mindfulness practices, client centered, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and strength-based therapy.
